1. The Online Logo Order Form
Start by filling out the online logo design brief. This information helps us begin designing your personilized logo. The more you tell us, the better we understand your marketing goals, and the image you want to project with your new visual identity, and so the better we are able to service you. All of our designs are 100% original and personalized - no clipart or re-use of previously designed logos. That's why we need to know as much about your business and tastes as it is possible.

2. Processing Your Order
When you complete the order form, you proceed to payment. We require only 50% down payment, which you can pay by credit card or by PayPal. When we receive your order and payment, we'll send you a confirmation email. If we have questions or need more information, we'll let you know at that time. Now we are ready to begin designing your logo.

3. Your Initial Designs
Your first designs will arrive within 3 business days following your order. All that time our designers will research your market and competition, have creative discussions and brainstorms, and sketch multiple preliminary designs of your logo. The winning designs will be approved by an art director and sent to the email address specified in your application. Evaluating the drafts is an important step in the design process, so please take the time you need to do that.

4. Logo Revisions
The success of your marketing effort, and immediate growth of your sales and profits through a sound visual identity is our main goal and top priority. Please don't hesitate to request any changes at this point. Furthermore, the initial designs may inspire new ideas in you, and lead to a change of the design direction. We will be happy to revise the logo the way you think it will make maximum impact on your clients. There are no extra charges for logo revisions.

5. Logo Approval
When you give us your approval, we will send you an extensive set of standard graphic formats of your new logo. This set includes files for desktop publishing, professional printing, for use on the Web and in TV commercials, and much more. If you need any other formats we will prepare and deliver them at no extra charge.
